A Decade in the Arena

2014

At 19 years old Nickolas joined Teen Challenge and spent years speaking and fundraising across Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. It was the beginning of a life devoted to inspiring others and connecting people to Christ.

2016 to 2019

Nickolas became the first employee at Nature Backs, an e-commerce apparel brand born in a coffee shop. He helped grow it from an idea to eight figures in annual revenue, learning what it takes to scale something from nothing.

2021

Nickolas entered the pizza industry joining Simple Simons Pizza, bringing the same commitment to excellence and value he carried from every season before.

2022

The Simple Simons franchise location grew to a top ten store in the entire system, a result of relentless leadership and a standard of excellence applied to every detail.

2023

Nickolas built a brand new brick and mortar Simple Simons location from the ground up in Elkins Arkansas. That location also grew to a top ten store in the system.

2024

The dream of Capitali Corp was born between two brothers who refused to settle. The vision was cast, the brotherhood was forged and the foundation was laid for something built to last.

2024 to 2025

Nickolas launched marathon running and completed the Hogeye Marathon, the Little Rock Marathon and the Dallas Marathon. Three races. Three finishes. The arena never stops.

2026

Nickolas and his brother Miles officially launched Capitali Corp, filing the EIN and bringing the business to life. That same year capitali.org launched, bringing the full Capitali vision online and building a platform to inspire, enrich and add value to the world around him.
